If stem mastering is required: ARTIST_TITLE_BPM_STEMNAME_Bitdepth_samplerate_ORDEREDSERVICE.wav
E.g.: WolfgangAmadeusMozart_EineKleineNachtMusik_135BPM_(STRINGS)_24_48_STEREO.wav
Assemble the file(s) and compress it/them as a .zip file, preferably without a password.
Please use a file sender service (like send.tresorit.com) to forward the link to the file(s) to hello(at)sjottasound.com

If the mix or the master has a quality that goes against your artistic intent, please email hello(at) sjottasound.com with the specific list of wishes and you will be sent a revised master shortly.
